Ukrainian Startup Fund The Ukrainian Startup Fund is a state-backed grant program operating under the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, founded in 2019. With $8.2M in total grants distributed to 352 teams since inception, it operates at the very earliest stage with check sizes between $25K and $50K, pre-seed grants at $25K and seed grants at $50K, awarded through Pitch Day competitions. The fund paused after the full-scale invasion but renewed operations in 2024 with a $2.5M budget.
