Night Ventures is an Austin-based early-stage consumer venture firm founded in 2021. The fund is around $20M and writes pre-seed, seed and Series A cheques. The LP base includes leading internet creators, giving portfolio companies access to creator-driven distribution. Sectors span consumer tech, fintech, health, commerce, media and AI. Portfolio companies include Chocolate by MrBeast and other consumer-facing AI and software bets. Industrial deep tech relevance is limited; Night's edge sits in creator-economy distribution, not in physical-world hardware.
