National Reconstruction Fund Australia's National Reconstruction Fund is a A$15B ($10B USD) government fund representing the largest peacetime investment in Australian manufacturing. The initial $5B launched in 2023 with an additional $10B committed by 2029, with a goal of sparking $100B-plus in private sector investment. Seven priority areas define the mandate: renewables and low emissions ($3B allocated), medical science, transport, agricultural value-add, critical minerals and resources, defe
