Momenta is a Lucerne-based venture firm specialising in industrial impact investing across energy, manufacturing, smart spaces and supply chains. Founded by Ken Forster, the firm runs the Industry 5.0 vehicle and the Digital Industry IV fund (launched 2023). It also operates an AIoT Ecosystem Fund with Advantech. NS Solutions (Nippon Steel) joined as an LP in 2025. Portfolio includes Litmus, Edge Impulse, Xage, Agtonomy, EquipmentShare and Fixposition. Stage focus is Series A and beyond.
