Kima Ventures

Kima Ventures is the personal venture vehicle of French entrepreneur Xavier Niel, run from Paris. The fund writes $150K cheques into around 100 deals a year, sector-agnostic and stage-flexible, with the explicit framing of backing two startups per week. The book has produced names including Mistral AI, Deel, Photoroom, Airbyte, Sorare and Alan. Industrial-relevant recent deals span InteractionLabs in robotics, Obsydian in logistics automation and UNVEIL in nanoparticle characterisation.
