Khosla Ventures is a Menlo Park early-stage firm founded in 2004 by Vinod Khosla, the Sun Microsystems co-founder. The firm runs Seed, Main and Opportunity funds and is associated with around $16B in total capital. It backs contrarian, science-led companies across AI, climate, healthcare and deep tech. Industrial-relevant holdings include Commonwealth Fusion Systems in fusion power, QuantumScape in solid-state batteries, Fortera in low-CO2 cement, LanzaTech in carbon recycling and Rocket Lab in launch.
