HKSTP Ventures HKSTP Ventures was founded in 2015 as the government-backed VC arm of the Hong Kong Science & Technology Parks Corporation. The firm manages HK$600M to 1B in AUM, with returns recycled to fund early-stage Hong Kong startups. Investment spans early to growth stage across biomedical, enterprise, fintech, green tech, logistics, semiconductors, and textiles. In April 2025, the firm launched a Co- Acceleration Programme for Generative AI, intelligent connected systems, and sustainabili
