Force Over Mass Capital is a London FCA-regulated early-stage firm founded in 2013 by Martijn De Wever, using SEIS and EIS structures favoured by UK private investors. The portfolio runs around 192 investments across fintech, AI, SaaS and Industry 4.0 with a small core team running fifteen to twenty new deals per year. Industrial-relevant holdings include Ai Build in AI for industrial 3D printing, alongside hardware exits in mobility (Drover) and consumer hardware (Velocity Black).
