FIRSTPICK FIRSTPICK was founded in 2022 in Vilnius with a €20M fund backing early-stage Baltic tech startups across Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia. Co-founded by Jonė Vaitulevičiūtė, the firm has made 14 investments since 2023 totaling €1.73M deployed, and runs acceleration programs that have graduated 22 startups.
