DCVC (Data Collective)

DCVC is a Palo Alto deep tech venture firm founded by Matt Ocko and Zachary Bogue, with around $4B in AUM across 13 funds. The thesis backs computational entrepreneurs solving trillion-dollar problems across AI and exascale computing, climate, robotics and industrial transformation, space and defence, materials science, agriculture, and life sciences. DCVC Bio runs three dedicated funds. Portfolio names include Rocket Lab in launch, Planet in Earth observation, Pivot Bio in nitrogen-fixing microbes, and Fortem in counter-drone defence. The firm announced over $1B in fresh capital in October 2025.
