Cycle Group is a Luxembourg-based deep-tech fund founded in 2017 by Dan Choon, investing in smart electrification and advanced semiconductor technologies. The thesis covers wide bandgap semiconductors, power electronics, photonics, and energy-efficient hardware. Portfolio companies include ELEMENT 3-5 in next-generation semiconductors, Nuventura in SF6-free switchgear, Ionate in smart transformers, EdgeCortix in AI co-processors, and Blue World in methanol fuel cells. The seven-person team operates between Luxembourg and Hong Kong, providing a Europe-to-Asia commercialisation bridge.
