Celesta Capital is a Silicon Valley deep-tech firm founded in 2013, with around $1.1B in capital. The mandate extends into India through the India Deep Tech Investment Alliance. The firm invests at Series A through C across semiconductors, AI, materials science, biotech and space. Partners with operator backgrounds run check sizes from $19M at Series A up to $60M at Series C. Industrial-relevant holdings include Habana Labs, Innovium and Nuvia in chips, Berkeley Lights in cell biology and Agnikul in launch.
