Building Ventures

Building Ventures is a Boston seed and Series A firm founded in 2017 by Jesse Devitte and Travis Connors. Fund II closed at $95M in 2022, deployed in 18 to 20 startups reshaping how the built environment is designed, constructed, operated and experienced. The firm draws on a network of architecture, engineering, construction and real-estate operators to support its companies. Industrial-relevant holdings span digital twins, construction recruiting platforms, financial transparency tools and other building-lifecycle software bets.
