Bpifrance

Bpifrance is the French government's investment bank, headquartered in Paris with 50 local branches. It manages over EUR 6.3B across vehicles including Large Venture (EUR 1.75B), Digital Venture (EUR 700M+), and a dedicated Deeptech 2030 Fund. In 2024 around 70% of Capital Innovation went to deep tech. The Deeptech Plan targets 500 startups per year by 2030. Quantum positions include Quandela, Alice & Bob, C12, PASQAL, and Welinq.
