Boeing HorizonX, now operating as AEI HorizonX, is the corporate venture vehicle formed by Boeing in 2017 and managed since 2021 by AE Industrial Partners, a $5bn private equity firm. Boeing anchored Fund II with $50M against a $250M target. The 51-company portfolio focuses on future mobility, space, sustainability, digital enterprise, networks and security, and aerospace climate solutions.
