Banpu Innovation & Ventures is the corporate venture arm of Banpu Public Company, the Thai energy group, established in 2022 to support a Greener and Smarter strategy. The fund is based in Bangkok and targets new S-curve businesses in battery technology, energy trading, carbon markets, and CCUS. Direct positions include enspired (AI-driven energy trading), AirCarbon Exchange, and LiV Energy Venture. Fund commitments span Warburg Pincus clean energy, Heyokha Makha (strategic minerals), and Eurazeo Smart City.
