Aurelius Capital is a defence and dual-use fund operating across Tel Aviv, New York, and London, targeting $150M with $50M raised at first close. The thesis is shields not swords: cybersecurity, drone detection, AI, quantum, communications, space and satellite systems, and autonomous platforms. Founding partners are Alon Lifshitz and Tomer Jacob, with senior partners Admiral Michael Rogers (former NSA Director) and Major General Amir Eshel (former Israeli Air Force commander).
