ARK Venture Fund

ARK Venture Fund is a closed-end interval fund launched by Cathie Wood's ARK Invest in September 2022 with a $500 minimum that opens pre-IPO disruptive technology to retail investors. It manages roughly $55m across about 50 holdings spanning private and public markets. The portfolio sits in ARK's themes: AI, robotics, energy storage, sequencing and space. Holdings include SpaceX, xAI, OpenAI, Neuralink, Figure AI and Shield AI.
