Amplify Partners is a Menlo Park early-stage investor backing technical founders since 2012. In June 2025 the firm raised $900m across three pools. Fund VI took $400m for seed, Fund VI Select $300m for follow-on and Amplify Bio I $200m for digital biology. Focus areas are developer tools, AI/ML, data infrastructure, cybersecurity and computational biology. Portfolio includes Runway, Luma, Modal, dbt Labs, Temporal, Chainguard, Datadog and Fastly.
