America's Frontier Fund

America's Frontier Fund is a Washington DC non-profit strategic fund launched in 2022 to back frontier technologies critical to US sovereignty. Frontier Fund I targets $315M through a hybrid of $140M private LP capital and $175M government loans. Co-founders Gilman Louie (former In-Q-Tel CEO) and Jordan Blashek lead a partnership covering compute, biology, energy, and manufacturing. The Roadrunner programme runs lab-to-market support, with capital paired to government procurement pathways.
