AMD Ventures

AMD Ventures is the corporate venture arm of Advanced Micro Devices, headquartered in Santa Clara. The strategy maps directly to AMD's chip business: horizontal AI, vertical AI, and data centre infrastructure including silicon, interconnects, and AI clouds. Around 80 investments include Cohere, Hugging Face, xAI, TensorWave, Vultr, Liquid AI, Celestial AI, and Ayar Labs, the silicon photonics company that closed a $155M round in 2025. The India Tech Fund extends the same thesis into Asia.
