AM Ventures backs the people building industrial 3D printing, the only VC dedicated entirely to additive manufacturing. Headquartered near Munich, the firm spun out of EOS, the German pioneer of industrial 3D printing, and Fund II closed at around €140M in 2022. Tickets run €500K to €3M from seed to growth across materials, hardware, software, and AM-enabled applications. Early bets include Desktop Metal, Formlabs, Carbon, and Markforged.
