Airbus Ventures

Airbus Ventures is the corporate venture arm of Airbus, operating from Silicon Valley with offices in Paris and Tokyo. Fund-Y, the firm's fourth vehicle, closed at $155M in 2024, with most capital from external institutional and family-office investors. The thesis runs on aerospace as a systems lens for dual-use deep tech, covering space, autonomous mobility, low-carbon energy, advanced materials, manufacturing and quantum. Industrial-relevant holdings include Venus Aerospace in hypersonics, ispace in lunar logistics, LeoLabs in space situational awareness and CesiumAstro in satellite payloads.
